About Us
OnlineClaimTools.com (OCT) was created to aide adjusters and other claims professionals in placing
several resources and tools in one place. OCT was founded and created by a claims adjuster who
knew a little about web applications and the power of the internet. He joined forces with
Cotton Web Design to create a site
where adjusters could make work a little easier!
Everyday, OCT is brainstorming on new ideas that will help adjusters investigate their claims.
Companies who subscribe to OCT have increased
productivity and have noticed a uniformity to their claims handling. If you have any ideas that
you would like to see on OCT, let us know!
OCT wasn't made to replace company policy or procedures. Any adjusters that are employees of a
subscribed company should follow their own
company's procedures and guidelines. Each adjuster is responsible for his/her own use of the
tools and cannot be held responsible for the utilization of the tools.
